MCS Foundations: A New Path to Early Learning ExcellenceAt Mid-Cities Scholars, we believe in nurturing every child’s unique potential by fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning from the very beginning. Our proprietary MCS Foundations Curriculum is designed to develop the whole child—cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically. Inspired by Montessori principles and adapted from the Texas Rising Star-approved CLI Engage curriculum, MCS Foundations emphasizes hands-on learning, real-world exploration, and guided discovery.

Our curriculum incorporates age-appropriate, thematic learning experiences that promote independence, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. By offering a balanced approach that integrates language development, literacy, math, science, art, and physical activities, we equip children with the essential skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
We understand that many of our scholars will continue their education in local districts such as H-E-B and Arlington, so we regularly review district educational standards and collaborate with elementary teachers to ensure our curriculum aligns with their expectations. This collaboration allows us to prepare our scholars to excel in their future academic endeavors.
